EDMUND MILLS was born in 1790 in Surrey, ENGLAND (probably in Long Ditton), and died between 1851 and 1861. He married MERCY WIGGINS on 20 Feb 1814 in Long Ditton, Surrey, ENGLAND, daughter of WILLIAM WIGGINS and ANN GOODENOUGH.
