JOSEPH A. HOOPLE was born in Dec 1835 in Ontario, CANADA, and died after 1900 in Washington state.

The website author believes this is the same person as JOSEPH ABRAHAM HOOPLE, but proof has been elusive.

He married twice, but of his first wife we have no information other than that she "might" have been named Elizabeth. He married again to HATTIE A. IMUS on 21 Feb 1878 in Windom, Cottonwood, Minnesota. She was born in 1853 in New York, and died after 1920.

  2. ADA HOOPLE, b. 13 May 1881, Great Bend, Cottonwood, Minnesota; d. after 1910.

  3. ARCHIE J. HOOPLE, b. 1 Nov 1887, Washington; d. Nov 1969.

  4. FAY J. HOOPLE, b. May 1889, Washington; d. after 1920.
