He married JESSIE SPINK MCPHERSON on 16 Sep 1876 in Springdale, Dane, Wisconsin, daughter of JAMES MCPHERSON and MARY BURNS. She was born on 9 June 1857 in Springdale, Dane, Wisconsin, and died on 17 March 1929 in Fargo, Cass, North Dakota.

  7. ETHEL EDNA WATTS, b. 16 Jan 1894, Iowa; d. after 1920.

  8. WAYNE WESLEY WATTS, b. 23 Jul 1898, Cerro Gordo, Iowa; d. Apr 1972, Pennsylvania.
