He married MARY ANN APPLETON on 22 Feb 1874 in St. Lawrence, Thanet, Kent, ENGLAND, daughter of JAMES APPLETON and ANN MARLOW. She was born in Aug 1850 and baptised on 2 Nov 1853 at St. John, Dover, Kent, ENGLAND, and died after 1891.
