STEPHEN JOHN APPLETON (HENRY, RICHARD, JOHN) was baptised on 16 Jan 1831 in Whitstable, Kent, ENGLAND, and was buried on 22 Oct 1905 in Whitstable, Kent, ENGLAND at the age of 74. He was an oyster dredger.

He married JANE K. ? about 1853 in ENGLAND. She was born in 1834 in St. Albans, Hertford, ENGLAND, and died after 1891. The family lived on Albert Street in Whitstable for many years.
