RICHARD HENRY APPLETON (HENRY, RICHARD, JOHN) was born in 1832 in Seasalter, Kent, ENGLAND and was baptised on 23 Sep 1832 in Whitstable, Kent, ENGLAND. He was an oyster dredger all his life. He died in early 1909 in Kent, ENGLAND at age 76.

He married ANN ? about 1860 in Kent?, ENGLAND. She was born in 1834 in Blean, Kent, ENGLAND, and died in 1926 in Kent, ENGLAND at age 91.

  1. ROSE ANNA APPLETON, b. Jan 1861, Whitstable, Kent, ENGLAND; d. after 1881; mar. ALFRED BARTON in late 1879, Kent, ENGLAND; b. about 1846, Seasalter, Kent, ENGLAND; d. after 1881. He was a ship carpenter.
