  4. JOHN HENRY APPLETON, chr. 18 Dec 1845, Seasalter, Kent, ENGLAND; died in Sep 1849 and buried on 26 Sep 1849, St. Peter, Whitstable, Kent, ENGLAND, at 4 years of age.

  5. JAMES PEARSON APPLETON, born in 1848 and chr. 24 Sep 1848, Whitstable, Kent, ENGLAND; d. after 1891; mar. MARY C. ?, 1875, Kent, ENGLAND; b. 1856, Chislet, Kent, ENGLAND; d. after 1891. No children are known from this union.
