ii. IVANHOE WILFRED APPLETON, b. 1917, Waikato, NEW ZEALAND; d. 18 Feb 1932, Bay of Plenty, NEW ZEALAND. Death data from a death notice found at the Opotiki Cultural Museum, NZ. It notes that he was the son of Jessie Appleton of Petaruru, aged 15.

iii. LORRAINE RHODA APPLETON, b. 9 May 1918, Te Aroha, Waikato, NEW ZEALAND; mar. KENNETH THOMAS WRAY, 1936, NEW ZEALAND.

iv. DAWSON APPLETON, b. 20 Feb 1927, Putaruru, Waikato, NEW ZEALAND; d. 25 Sep 1992, Otahuhu, Auckland, NEW ZEALAND; mar. ALMA JESSAMINE GRAY, 1949, NEW ZEALAND.
