Family of William Charles PRESCOTT

WILLIAM CHARLES PRESCOTT was born on 19 May 1852 in Portsmouth, Hampshire, ENGLAND, and died on 21 Jul 1887 in URUGUAYANA in South America. He was the son of WILLIAM and AMELIA PRESCOTT.

He married MELITA AMELIA KING on 1 Jan 1880 in Hackney, Middlesex, ENGLAND, daughter of DANIEL KING and CHARLOTTE GREGORY. She was born 22 Aug 1855 in Woolwich, Kent, ENGLAND, and died 11 Mar 1943 in ENGLAND.

He may have been a second or third cousin of his bride.

  1. WALTER PRESCOTT, b. 1880, Hackney, Middlesex, ENGLAND; d. after 1881.
