Oak Ridge Angus has been serving the Agricultural Industrial with Quality Angus cattle since 1974. We are based out of Knights Valley near Calistoga, CA. We have over 400 head of registered Angus Cattle. We are committed to producing the highest quality cattle possible, while keeping up on current methods and technology.
History
In 1912 Massimino LaFranchi bought the beginning of what would later become Oak Ridge Angus. Instead of having Angus Cattle, Massimino had a dairy and raised Aryshires. He had four children Al, Hennery, Nick, and Madeline. In 1974 all the Dairy cows were sold, and the heifers sold the following year. Hennery had two children Eric and Cheryl. Cheryl now manages the Angus. Eric has three children Rachel, Logan, and Ashley who are already involved in the agriculture industry.
