AMERICA THE BEAUTIFUL
1964---2001
Cigarette packs are often small portraits of the country that produced them. Pack art usually features a strong graphic symbol, but occasionally a gorgeous landscape is the visual focal point. Like Cuban cigars, American cigarettes have the reputation of being the very best. Using images and/or words recognized around the world, the graphic artists responsible for the eight packs pictured below tried to convey all that is good and wholesome about the United States of America.
